Black Death (Bubonic Plague):
Black Death, also known as Bubonic Plague, is a disease that was caused by fleas that carried bacteria in the early 1330s. The disease killed a third of the people living in Europe at that time period. It started out in Asia but spread to Europe. It is transferred to humans when they get contacted with flea-infected rats. It causes problems in the bloodstream and lungs. It can be transmitted from one person to another through tiny bits of saliva. The disease left red spots that soon turned into black spots. But the medicine that's given now, gets rid of the disease.
